Why take MedPharma Psyllium - soluble fiber?
Dietary supplement Psyllium is a plant fiber. Psyllium is naturally gluten-free, it is also suitable for celiacs.
Ingredients
Plantago ovata - cleaned seed coat of plantain.
Recommended dosage
In the morning, or even in the evening, stir 1-2 teaspoons (2.5 g-5 g) of psyllium in 250 ml of water and leave to swell for 5 minutes. Drink the prepared drink. Psyllium can also be added to yoghurt, fruit smoothies, etc. Always wash down sufficiently with another cup of liquid. It is best taken fasting min. 30 minutes before eating. The maximum daily dose for adults is 12.5 g (5 teaspoons), for children, pregnant and lactating women 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) of psyllium. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. There is no income benchmark.

In the case of concomitant use with medicines or other dietary supplements, a time interval of at least 1 hour must be observed.
