Traditional herbal medicine used to relieve mild symptoms of mental tension (restlessness, mental irritability) and sleep disorders. The preparation is also traditionally used to treat mild digestive disorders, including bloating, flatulence and abdominal distension. The product can be used by minors from 12 years and adults. The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on the experience of long-term use.
Dosage and method of use
Juveniles from 12 years old and adults: Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for 15 min in a covered container. Drink 3 times a day. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. Length of administration: When mentally stressed, take the product for no longer than 6 weeks. If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 4 weeks of starting treatment, consult your doctor. For digestive problems, take the product for no longer than 2 weeks. If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 1 week of starting treatment, consult your doctor. Children under 12 years of age should only be administered after consulting a physician!
Contraindications
Do not take if hypersensitive to the drug.

You must not drive or operate machinery if your attention is affected. Do not use after the expiry date marked on the packaging. Return the unusable medicine to the pharmacy.
Storage
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C in the original packaging to protect the product from moisture.
