TRI FROZR 4 cooling system
The TRI FROZR 4 cooling solution combines enhanced seven-blade STORMFORCE fans, a claw-like texture, and a circular arc for optimal airflow at low noise levels. Heat from the GPU and memory is captured by a nickel-plated copper baseplate and transferred via Core Pipes with a square profile for maximum contact with the chip. Wave Curved 4.0 technology uses wavy-edged fins of alternating heights to improve airflow, while Air Antegrade Fin 2.0 with a V-shaped cut-out optimises efficiency. A metal backplate with ventilation openings and thermal pads further contributes to heat dissipation.
Construction and software
The card is 338mm wide and includes reinforced components, including additional fuses on its custom printed circuit board (PCB) for protection against electrical damage. A 2oz copper layer increases conductivity and reliability. The DrMOS power solution ensures high efficiency with low losses. A dual BIOS lets you switch between GAMING mode for maximum performance and SILENT mode for quieter operation. A support stand for securing the card to the case is included in the package. MSI Center software offers real-time monitoring and optimisation, including an AI Tuning function, while MSI Afterburner provides advanced overclocking and system monitoring options.
