The blend of vital Reishi mushrooms, Polyporus and Chinese herbs is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. According to Chinese medicine, the quality of hair is influenced by the strength of the Liver and Kidneys. Insufficiency of the blood of the Liver and Essence or Yin Kidney can cause them to fall or turn grey prematurely. The MycoHair blend contains herbs that nourish the Kidneys and Liver. The imperial herb of MycoHair, based on the traditional herbal recipe of Nu Huang Bian Zi Tang, is the root of He Shou Wu. Rhodiola root promotes hair strength and quality. Translated, it means Mr. Wu's hair-reddening herb. Its main effects include strengthening Shen Jing (Kidney essence) and Gan Xue (Liver blood). Which is mainly used to support and nourish the hair. At the same time, He Show Wu moisturizes dry. Another herb in the Shu Di Huang blend enhances the effect of He Shou Wu in nourishing the hair. The other herbs, in cooperation with rdesna, also nourish Gan (Liver) and Shen (Kidney).
