NOW FOODS Vitamin B-1, 100 mg, 100 tablets
Vitamin B-1, also known as thiamine, is a member of the B vitamin family, which occurs naturally in cereals, beans, nuts, eggs and meat. Thiamine is involved in many bodily functions including proper functioning of the muscles and nervous system.It promotes the flow of electrolytes into and out of nerve and muscle cells, carbohydrate metabolism and hydrochloric acid production. Vitamin B1 is also important for aiding digestion and participating in the conversion of sugars, specifically the conversion of sugar to glucose. It contributes to the functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism, to normal mental activity and to the heart.
1 tablet once daily with food, or follow the instructions of a qualified physician
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). It does not contain wheat, gluten, Soy, milk, eggs, fish or seafood, peanuts or nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
If you suffer from a disease, you're pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to get pregnant, you are under 18 years of age or taking medication, consult a physician before taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. There may be a natural discolouration of the product. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
