NOW Foods Vitamin B-50
The B-complex vitamins are water soluble and, with the exception of vitamin B12, the body can only store a limited amount of them. Therefore, it is necessary to replenish their amount in the body on a daily basis. In the body, they play an important role in cell metabolism. Each B vitamin is either a cofactor of a key metabolic process or a precursor required for its production. Thanks to the rise in popularity of vegetarianism and veganism, vitamin B12, which can only be obtained from animal foods (meat and dairy products), has come to the fore. In addition to B vitamins, B-50 Complex also contains choline and inositol. Multivitamin B-50 Complex containing all B vitamins together with choline and inositol in a single vegetable capsule.

Cellulose powder, silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable). Capsule made up of cellulose. It does not contain wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, fish or seafood, peanuts or nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule once daily with food, or follow the instructions of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
