BCAA (Branched-chain amino acid)
BCAA (Branched-chain amino acid) are branched-chain amino acids, which, as the name suggests, are characterized by a branched side chain. BCAAs include amino acids such as L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. These are exogenous compounds that have to be supplied externally with the daily menu or in the form of supplements because the body cannot synthesize them on its own. BCAAs make up about 1/3 of the proteins that build muscle tissue, and the site of their breakdown, unlike other amino acids, is primarily skeletal muscle, making branched chain amino acids eagerly used by physically active people.
L-Glutamine
L-glutamine is a protein amino acid that the body can produce naturally, but when the human body has an increased demand for this valuable compound, e.g. during intense physical activity, the ingredient should also be supplied to the body from the outside. along with the daily menu or in the form of food supplements. Dietary L-glutamine is mainly found in meat, fish, eggs, milk and dairy products and dry legume seeds.

Recommended dosage
Add 10 g (2.5 scoops) to 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, one after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
