It is rich in essential fatty acids - especially linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which contribute to maintaining healthy hormonal balance, skin, heart and overall vitality. The practical form of softgel capsules ensures easy use and high absorption.
How is evening primrose oil beneficial for the body?
It is especially valued for its content of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) - a substance that the body cannot create on its own. GLA is involved in the production of prostaglandins, which naturally regulate hormones, immunity, inflammatory processes and skin condition. Therefore, evening primrose is often used for premenstrual syndrome (PMS), problematic skin, dry skin or weakened immunity.

Bean oil containing 70% linoleic acid (LA) and 9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), shell ingredients (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (1 capsule) daily with sufficient water.
