It contains zinc bisglycinate chelate, which is highly bioavailable, and an organic source of selenium. Enriched with vitamin C,which further increases the availability of zinc and selenium.
Why is zinc and selenium important?
Zinc is beneficial in maintaining the health of hair, nails and skin and contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Selenium contributes to proper spermatogenesis, normal thyroid function, protection of cells from oxidative damage, and maintenance of healthy nails and hair.

Recommended dosage
