A vacuum system for a clean aquarium
The system is based on a hydrodynamic principle known as the Venturi effect. Once connected to a tap, the running water flows through a special diverter directly into the drain. This creates a constant vacuum in the attached hose, which siphons water from the aquarium using a self-priming effect. Along with the water, you also remove light organic sludge from the bottom, while the gravel cleaner prevents heavier gravel or sand from being drawn in. The entire process requires no electric pumps or inconvenient siphoning by mouth.
Easy control and water refilling
The system gives you complete control over the entire process. A ball valve located directly on the hose allows you to smoothly regulate the suction strength. This means you can easily reduce the flow to avoid accidentally sucking up small fish, shrimp, or light substrate. Once the cleaning is finished, simply turn the valve on the diverter at the tap. The flow direction immediately reverses, and clean, tempered water begins to flow back into the aquarium through the hose. This means you can change the water without carrying a single bucket.
Quick installation and safe materials
Setting up the kit takes just a few moments and requires no tools whatsoever. The package includes a universal adapter that allows you to quickly screw it onto the standard threads of most common household taps. All components are made from chemically inert plastics, rubber and brass elements that do not corrode.
