The Mamavis wrap is designed for adults to use on the knee and elbow areas. Thanks to its adjustable circumference of 55 to 75 cm, it can be customised to fit. It contains a removable cotton inner section and a pocket for herbs. Fastens with Velcro.

Methods of use and preparation
The wrap can be used as a cold wet compress or as a dry wrap. For wet application, moisten the inner section with cold water or a herbal decoction and wring it out lightly. Then, insert it into the outer belt. After applying it to the body, the blood vessels will gradually constrict and then dilate, increasing local blood flow and speeding up regeneration. For the dry and warm option, the inner section can be heated, for example on a radiator, and filled with aromatic herbs.
Material maintenance
Caring for the wrap. The outer belt and the inner section are machine washable separately at temperatures up to 40°C. To maintain functionality and durability, do not use a tumble dryer, bleaching agents or chemical cleaning. After washing, let both parts air dry. Wash both parts separately.
