Active ingredients
- Vitamin B12 is used to support energy metabolism and mental fitness. Its high doses can be recommended for all individuals undergoing high physical or mental stress

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin, 5´-deoxyadenosylcobal-amine), folate (Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF-methylfolate), erythritol, cellulose, croscarmellose stabilizer, emulsifier ascorbyl palmitate, sweetener steviol glycosides, preservative malic acid, raspberry aroma.
Recommended dosage
Dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth 1 time a day. The package contains 60 doses.
