Recommended dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
Approximately 30 ml 1 time a day.
Children 6-12 years:
Approximately 10 ml per day.
Children 3-6 years:
Approximately 5 ml per day. The product can be taken at any time of the day, preferably with a meal.
It can also be mixed with water or other soft drinks.
