The SKAGFÄ KLYV first children's knife is specially designed for small hands. It lets children get involved in cooking and help their parents in the kitchen. It features a wedge shape and a high-quality stainless-steel blade without sharp edges, allowing children to easily slice fruit, vegetables and other foods with no risk of injury. The SKAGFÄ KLYV first children's knife stands out with its ergonomic shape, making it comfortable to use as it fits naturally in the hand. Suitable for both right- and left-handed users, children can also hold it with both hands. The knife lets you safely involve your children in cooking while teaching them patience.
Maintenance:
Wash the knife in warm water with a mild washing-up liquid before first use and after every use. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or other harsh materials that could scratch the product. The knife is top-rack dishwasher safe, but hand washing with a mild detergent is recommended for a longer lifespan. If washing in the dishwasher, place the knife flat to prevent potential warping.
Warning:
The knife is not a toy. Suitable for children from 2 years under adult supervision. Store out of reach of children. Use with care. Avoid impacts or drops that could damage the edge, structure or surface of the metal part. Certain foods may cause discolouration. Any discolouration of the knife does not affect its functionality. We recommend not using the knife with food hotter than 45°C to avoid scalding. Inspect all parts of the knife before each use and discard it at the first signs of wear and tear. Keep packaging and unused parts out of reach of children. Not suitable for microwave use.
