  • Wattage indicates a smoothie blender's power and also affects performance.
  • If you want the device to be effective, don't go below 150W.
  • Around 350W of power should be enough to prepare tasty vegetable and fruit drinks.

Smoothie Makers—Useful Features

  • Mixing time - some smoothie makers can only blend when you hold the switch. Others offer a continuous mixing function as well as mixing for a certain length of time. Choose according to your own preferences.
  • Overheating protection - thanks to this integrated safety feature, the blender automatically switches off if the motor gets too hot to prevent possible damage.
  • Safety lock - prevents the smoothie machine from starting if the container is not connected properly to the base.

  • Drinks containers - most often made of transparent Tritan, ergonomically shaped and can be equipped with anti-slip elements.
  • Mixing blades - most often made from stainless steel. Sometimes the stainless steel is coated with other materials, such as titanium, to increase the durability of the blades.
