Palatinose - a stable and long-term energy source
Contains 100% palatinose (isomaltulose). Palatinose is an excellent source of energy for athletes and people under increased physical stress. Consumption of foods and drinks containing palatinose leads to a lower rise in blood glucose levels after consumption compared to foods and drinks containing sugar (sugar has a higher glycaemic index value). It can be taken before, during and after training.
