Ferrino Piuma 1 - green
The Ferrino Piuma 1 - green is a lightweight two-panel tent for one person. It will be especially appreciated by those who are looking for a durable tent with low weight and minimal dimensions when folded. Tunnel shape with one side entrance and an anteroom where backpacks, shoes or other equipment can be stored. The double shell construction together with ventilation holes guarantee excellent air circulation and reduce dew or breathing inside the tent. The backbone of the tent is two duralumin rods, which do not increase the weight significantly. The undeniable advantage of the Piuma 1 tent is the possibility of erecting it without an inner bedroom. To reduce the weight, you can take only tropico, duralumin rods and pins. The inner bedroom can stay at home and you save valuable grams. Inside the tent there are pockets for small things or a loop for hanging a headlamp. The Ferrino Piuma tent is a great compromise between weight and durability.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking. For more demanding conditions, choose a subfloor with a water column of 8,000-10,000 mm.Specifications
