Pepper-flavoured beef jerky is one of the products of the purely Czech company Fine Gusto Nature. The production, which results in nutritionally valuable delicacies made from dried meat, without added preservatives and dyes, combines traditional methods, handmade production and modern technology. Selected cuts of lean meat of exclusively Czech origin are used for drying. The company obtains meat from smaller regional breeders from the Pardubice area. The finely salted slices of meat, about 4 mm thick, are dried for several hours and then cut into smaller pieces by hand. This creates a delicacy packed with energy and the taste of meat (jerky). Simply the ideal dessert for all true carnivores.

Dried meat (jerky) is a health food. Therefore, not only top and recreational athletes, but also all meat lovers who need a quick and reliable energy replenishment during the day can safely include it in their diet. Because drying removes only the water from the meat, the necessary proteins and nutrients are retained. And since only lean meat is used for drying, it is an ideal food supplement that provides the body with the necessary nutrition. It contains more than 60% protein and minimum fat. Thanks to the high protein content and the negligible amount of salt used, jerky is suitable as a quick, healthy and nutritionally valuable meal for all those who like to enjoy meat. Why beef jerky?

- Meat weight: jerky, also known as jerky, is produced by Fine Gusto from top quality beef from smaller Czech regional breeders. Selected cuts of lean top shawl of beef hams are used for drying. This is meat from bulls under two years of age. The thin slices of meat are lightly salted so that the salt is always less than 2 %. Then the meat is dried for several hours. The company chose beef because even after drying it has all the nutritional values, still has an excellent taste and does not need to be improved with anything.
