A revolution in swim training – data right before your eyes
Did you know that swimming is the third most popular endurance sport in the world, right after running and cycling? But unlike those sports, swimmers don't have access to important data during their workout. They can't check their watch without stopping, and they have no overview of their pace, strokes, or distance swam. The FORM Smart Swim 2 smart goggles solve this disadvantage once and for all. Thanks to a see-through heads-up display, they show key information directly in front of your eyes – in real time, without stopping or guesswork.
Improve your technique, performance and enjoyment of swimming
Swimming is a technically demanding sport, and a lack of immediate feedback often holds back progress. The FORM Smart Swim 2 goggles display data on heart rate, pace, stroke length, distance swam and calories burned in your field of vision, helping you to work on your technique and endurance more effectively. The goggles support a stable pace, reveal weak points in your form, and motivate you to achieve better results without unnecessary exhaustion. Whether you're training in a pool or in open water, FORM goggles will take your swimming experience to the next level.
Precision, rhythm, technique – the keys to better swimming
The FORM Smart Swim 2 goggles act as a smart training partner, giving you accurate data about your performance without needing other devices. When swimming in open water, they connect to the GPS on your phone or smartwatch to provide an overview of your route and current position. These metrics enable you to work better on your technique, efficiency and training intensity – whether you swim for fitness, performance or pleasure.
The FORM app – your training partner for even better results
Take your training to the next level with the FORM mobile app. After pairing with the goggles, it automatically saves all your swimming data, enabling detailed analysis and connection to popular sports platforms like Strava or Apple Health. The paid version gives you access to training plans, a digital coach and open water navigation. However, basic features like activity logging and progress tracking remain free for everyone.
Comfort, functionality and smart design in every detail
The FORM Smart Swim 2 goggles were developed in collaboration with experts and former Olympians to offer maximum comfort even during demanding training sessions. The soft silicone seal and five interchangeable nose bridges ensure a perfect fit for any face shape. The mirrored lenses with an anti-fog coating are ideal for both the pool and open water, while the augmented reality data remains legible even for swimmers who wear prescription glasses. All the electronics are cleverly hidden in a lightweight, elegant frame that doesn't compromise on comfort or hydrodynamics. The goggles last up to 12 hours of active use on a single charge – which means several weeks without worry.
Quick start and easy control
Getting started with the FORM Smart Swim 2 goggles is a piece of cake. Just download the FORM Swim app, pair the goggles via Bluetooth, and enter a few basic details for accurate performance tracking. The whole process is intuitive and fast – you'll be done in a few minutes and ready to hit the water. When you first use them, you'll activate a one-month trial of FORM Premium, which unlocks all the smart features. After it expires, you can continue without a subscription and use the basic metrics for free. Whether you use iOS or Android, the app will help you get the most out of every workout.
