Recommended dosage
Take 30 drops daily. Drop directly onto the tongue or a spoon. You can also add the drops to food or warm (not hot) drinks.

Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C. After opening, we recommend storing in a cool place and consuming within 3 months. Slight crystallisation caused by cold storage does not affect the quality of the product.
