Balanced complex of 20 active ingredients. Vilgain Multivitamin is a carefully formulated complex of 13 vitamins and 7 minerals. The ratios of the individual components were designed to meet the needs of physically active individuals who may have higher requirements for the intake of certain micronutrients.

Recommended dosage
Take 2 capsules daily with meals and with plenty of water. Multivitamin provides the body with an intake of essential vitamins and minerals. It is recommended for regular physical activity, deficiency of certain micronutrients or low intake of fruits and vegetables. It is suitable for daily use, long-term use is also possible. For optimal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, it is advisable to consume with food.
