The WMF Function 4 saucepan with a 16cm diameter is a practical helper for everyday cooking of smaller portions, preparing sauces, heating milk, and melting butter. Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel offers an elegant look, neutral taste, and acid resistance. The multifunctional four-position lid lets you cook with a small amount of water, drain liquids completely, and strain pasta or rice. The hollow handle limits heat transfer, staying cooler when used on the hob. An internal measuring scale simplifies precise liquid measurement, and the wide pouring rim prevents unwanted dripping. The TransTherm® universal base ensures optimal heat distribution and retention. You can use the saucepan on all standard hob types, including induction.
1 lid, 4 functions
The multifunctional lid offers four positions for different cooking methods. The closed position lets you cook with a small amount of water, while the open position makes it easy to drain liquids completely. Use the large strainer for pasta and the small strainer for rice.
Heat-insulated handles
The hollow design of the handles limits heat transfer from the pan, so they stay cooler and more comfortable to touch when cooking on the hob. This makes handling the pan much easier. Please note that this feature does not apply when using the saucepan in the oven.
Easy measuring
The internal measuring scale lets you measure liquids directly in the pan. Easily check the required amount of water or stock during food preparation without needing a separate measuring jug.
Effortless pouring
