The EXIDE Premium 64Ah, 12V, EA640 car battery with Carbon Boost 2.0 charges up to 2× faster than other conventional batteries, thanks to Exide's special application of carbon additives on the negative plates. It withstands extreme temperatures and handles intensive city driving. The improved carbon additives combine an optimised surface structure with significantly better conductivity, which allows for better current flow within the battery and results in an excellent charge acceptance capability. It also helps to dissolve the lead sulphate deposits that typically form on the negative plate when the battery is discharged, which reduces its ability to recharge effectively.
