Prebiomix is a prebiotic cocktail based on inulin and other soluble and insoluble fibres that support the balance of the gut microbiome.
Prebiotic Support for the Gut Microbiome
Prebiomix is a prebiotic cocktail of soluble and insoluble fibres that help maintain the balance of the gut microbiome. It is made from inulin, maize fibre, and also bamboo and apple fibres. Thanks to this broad combination, compared to single-ingredient preparations, it increases the positive effect on the entire spectrum of friendly gut bacteria. The oligosaccharide inulin is a soluble fibre (FOS) that serves as food for beneficial microorganisms in the body, especially those of the so-called bifidogenic type.

Active Ingredients
- Inulin (from chicory) – a soluble prebiotic fibre (FOS) that contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency with a daily intake of at least 12g
- Soluble maize fibre – a prebiotic fibre that complements the fibre complex and is intended for daily fibre intake
- Apple fibre – a natural source of predominantly insoluble fibre, which supplements the total fibre content of the product
- Bamboo fibre – a natural insoluble fibre that broadens the spectrum of fibres contained in the product

Recommended Dosage
Take approx. 12g (6 level teaspoons) 2× a day, in the morning and evening, always before a meal. Dissolve the dose in water, tea, or another beverage. Sediment is not a defect.
Warning
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Increased production of intestinal gas is a natural manifestation of prebiotic metabolism by the gut microflora and is not an adverse effect. It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature, protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Close the packaging carefully after each use. Keep out of reach of young children.
