ALAVIS™ MAXIMA Magnesium ULTRA + B6 provides magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate enriched with vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). These two ingredients work synergistically to bring quick relief to the body's imbalances. Magnesium affects the health of teeth, bones, muscles and the nervous system. One of the most well-known symptoms of magnesium deficiency is muscle cramps. The best way to replenish this mineral is undoubtedly a healthy and balanced diet. Magnesium can be taken in a wide range of foods.
