The Browin sausage stuffer is designed for homemade sausage making. With a 5kg capacity, you can easily process a large amount of meat mixture at once. Its stainless steel construction is easy to maintain and meets food hygiene standards. The horizontal design makes it easy to handle and fill.

Durable construction and easy attachment

The body of the stuffer and the internal meat hopper are made of stainless steel. This material is designed for contact with food and is easy to clean after use. For maximum stability during operation, the stuffer is equipped with a robust base with two screw clamps. These allow you to attach it firmly to a worktop or table and prevent it from moving during stuffing.

Smooth stuffing and versatility

The heart of the stuffer is the piston, which is equipped with an air release valve. This allows for smooth compression of the meat mixture and reduces the formation of air bubbles in the sausages. The package includes four plastic stuffing funnels with different diameters – 14, 18, 21 and 25mm. With these, you can easily prepare everything from thin frankfurters to thick sausages.
