The Browin manual sausage stuffer is designed for homemade charcuterie. Its vertical design saves space on your worktop and it has a capacity to process up to 2.5kg of meat mixture. The body of the stuffer features a stainless steel cylinder, which is easy to keep clean. It's operated manually with a crank handle. It also includes a venting system to prevent air bubbles from forming in the sausages.

Durable construction and stable operation
The stuffer is built on a base that can be firmly attached to a worktop or table using the integrated screw. The bottom is also fitted with a non-slip pad to prevent unwanted movement during use. The main cylinder is made of stainless steel and is complemented by a bend-resistant piston.
Use and easy maintenance
The package includes four stuffing funnels for making sausages of various diameters. The funnels, with diameters of 14, 18, 21 and 25mm, are made of plastic and are easy to attach. The stuffer can handle various types of casings, from natural to polyamide. After use, the device can be disassembled and the individual parts washed.
