Plan Toys Shape sorting box

The Plan Toys shape sorter box is an educational toy for children from 1 year old, which helps develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Children learn to recognise shapes and solve problems by inserting the blocks into the correct openings. The toy is made in Thailand from rubberwood using non-toxic paints and glue. Thanks to the handle, children can easily carry the box and play with it anywhere.

Educational properties of the toy

The shape sorter box helps children understand the relationship between cause and effect. During play, they not only practise gripping and inserting objects, but also build self-confidence through trial and error. The toy also supports the concept of object permanence, teaching children that objects still exist even when they can't see them. The opening lid also encourages independent play and engagement.
