AMD Athlon A64 2800+ 64-bit HT NewCastle socket 754
Cost available domestic processor with a full 64-bit architecture designed for powerful home systems and workstations.Available in convenient tray pack (only the processor itself without the cooler and accessories). It is based on core NewCastle low heat emission, which is produced by the second generation of technology Strained Silicon Directly On Insulator.
The architecture of the processor principle is based on Athlon XP, but contains significant changes in the quantity and optimisation, such asincrease in the length of pipeline to 12, increasing the number of instructions processed within one hour bar, extending the width of data between the L1 and L2 cache of 64 bits to 128 bits, or doubling the size of Instruction and Data Translation Look-Aside Bufferů.
The maximum memory throughput guarantees an integrated memory controller with 64-bit data width and supporting DDR memory 400thAddress can be incredible to 1 TB RAM can be fitted to four modules with a total capacity of 4 GB.This, together with using the new system bus HyperTransport (HT) with a high permeability data, running on 1000 MHz frequency, ensures maximum performance.
The parameters and specifications:
Slot:Socket 754
Core:NewCastle
Model Number:2800 +
Working frequency:1800 MHz
L2 cache memory:512 KB
