Sluchátka jsem si koupil před dvěma lety. Funkce aktivního potlačení hluku (ANC) nejsou příliš dobré, venku jsou téměř nepoužitelná, a po přibližně 45 minutách nošení na hlavě začnou sluchátka nepříjemně tlačit uši. Jinak jsou v pořádku, zvuk je dobrý, žádný jiný problém jsem nezaznamenal, až měsíc před koncem záruční doby. Sluchátka se odmítala nabíjet, dioda svítila červeně a po chvíli začala blikat nebo úplně zhasla. Reklamoval jsem sluchátka a Alza mi je vrátila s tvrzením, že autorizovaný servis nenašel žádnou závadu a vrátila mi je plně nabitá. Poté jsem sluchátka používal jen občas a nyní, když je potřebuji znovu nabít, mám tentýž problém. Bohužel, záruční doba medzitim skončila, a Alza mi tedy odmítla poskytnout další pomoc, s odkazem na skončení záruky, což považuji za nevhodné chování, zejména když jde o stejný problém. Ptám se tedy, jak mám sluchátka nabít? Vyzkoušel jsem vyměnit několik kabelů i USB adaptérů, ale problém trvá...
