A formula of plant extracts designed to induce a peaceful and relaxing night. Helps maintain natural sleep so you can wake up feeling ready for the next day. Especially useful when you want to relax after a hard day. Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal mental activity and to the regulation of hormonal activity. Hops contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and healthy sleep.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours or colours.
Recommended dosage of Solgar Ultimate Calm Night 30 capsules:
Adults take one (1) herbal capsule daily, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Follow a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Valeriana officinalis root extract, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule packaging: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, maltodextrin, passion fruit extract (Passiflora incarnata L. ), a blend of organic rice extract: Rice fibre, rice extract, gum arabic, sunflower oil, hop flower extract (Humulus lupulus L. ), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI).
