Dobrý den, dnes jsem zjistil , že mám u vysavače poškozený filtr z nehořlavého materiálu (skleněných vláken), ten co se přidělává na plechovou nádobu. V materiálu je díra cca 0.5 x 0.5 cm. Nejsem si vědom, že bych vysavač používal jinak, než je uvedeno v návodu. Můj dotaz tedy zní, zda je možno tuto závadu reklamovat, popřípadě zda se dá koupit nový filtr?
