Dobrý den, výrobek mi při pohybu směrem dopředu (tedy ve směru pohybu čistících kartáčů) zanechává na podlaze kapky, velké a hodně. Dále špinavá voda se sbírá jen do jedné poloviny nádobky, tedy jen z jednoho kartáče. jak problém vyřešit? Je to na reklamaci? Děkuji za odpověď.
