7 probiotic strains and 10 billion live microorganisms in 1 capsule. Vilgain Probiotics is a balanced blend of probiotic bacteria. 1 capsule contains 10 billion live cultures from 7 different strains.
It also includes prebiotic fiber from chicory root; each capsule contains 200 mg of prebiotic fiber derived from chicory root. Probiotics are living microorganisms and can lose their quality if not handled properly. For this reason, the product is packaged in brown glasses that partially reflect the sun and heat.

Inulin, probiotic cultures (Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus), anti-caking agent (silica), cellulose capsules. Allergy warning: May contain traces of milk.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with food, with plenty of water. It can be taken regularly every day as part of a varied and balanced diet. Probiotics are recommended to be taken together with foods containing prebiotic fibre (cereals, legumes, fruits) for an enhanced synbiotic effect. It can be taken at any time of the day and is particularly suitable when the intake of fermented dairy products is low, as they are a natural source of probiotic cultures in the diet.
