Dobrý den, zakoupil jse u vás tento typ televize, před půl rokem jsem k televizi připojil satelit před tydnem začal být problém se signálem, problém jsem řešil s technikem od satelitu Skylink. Po je jeho testech a zkoušeních konstatoval že problém je v televizi konstatoval že je problém ve fastscanu, karta satelitního přijímače fungovala bezproblému i v jiných zařízeních. Až po resestování televize do továrního nastavení opět začala hrát, avšak ne všechny předplacené kanály. Bylo mi doporučeno abych se obrátil na podporu prodejce. Můžete mi nějak pomoct s tímto problémem?
